| Job description: |
- Create project and close project as request - Create new WBS as request - Monitor and control cost posting into category accurately. - Input project budget in system - Compute and allocate cost account such as labor direct, meal allowance,... into project accurately. - Run project post monthly. - Compute and accrue revenue and cost of sales for project monthly. - Correct and re-class project type such as project for fixed asset or for sales. - Control, analyze actual cost. Generate cost variance between actual and budget cost, and raise alert of cost status to project manager and relevant manager. - Reconcile WIP account, Construction in progress account, material cost, labor cost and overhead cost. Ensure all cost capture into WIP and construction in progress rightly |
