| Job description: | - Materials selection guidance for all Company offshore facilities and pipelines; - Facilities corrosion assessment / inspection program; - Corrosion rate assessments – evaluation; - Corrosion risk assessments; - Cathodic protection programs; - Chemical Inhibition programs; - Paint & Coating systems (Structures, piping, vessels & pipelines); - Insulation; - Sound knowledge of all the international codes and standards. |

Years of experience: 5
Minimum education level: Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor's degree(4yrs) (Masters degree preferred) in Materials & Corrosion, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering;- NACE Corrosion Technologist Certificate or equivalent will be an advantage; - 5 years' experience in corrosion control and monitoring in oil and gas fields; - Risk and failure analysis skills will be of great benefit; - Candidate must possess effective oral and written English language communication skills, and have a strong desire to learn; - Good PC skills required; - Sound knowledge/experience of NACE, ASME, ANSI, API and other industry standards is required. |
